Cancellation Policy :
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For example, if your appointment is at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, you must cancel before 4:00 pm on Tuesday.
No call, no show, or cancel within the 24hour window will result in you forfeiting your deposit, and you must pay your next appointment in full to book again. If your date is paid in full, the same rules apply.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
If you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the allotted time. There will be no cancellations or transfer of dates if you are late for your appointment. If you want to re-book, you must pay an additional deposit.
Consultation must be scheduled first if you are a new client.
